Business tenancies: legislation
Following Parliamentary agreement, ODPM made a Regulatory Reform Order (RRO) reforming the procedures under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. The RRO will come into force on 1 June 2004, making ending or renewing a business tenancy quicker, easier, fairer and cheaper.
