Summary

Having seen the positive effect that Circular 01/06 (ODPM): Planning for Gypsy and Traveller Caravan Sites has had on the number of planning permissions granted to Gypsies and Travellers and after having met with the Showmen's Guild of Great Britain, the Government has decided to update the guidance within Circular 22/91: Travelling showpeople to reflect the guidance in Circular 01/06.
