This Circular was published 5 January 1993 but dated 21 December 1992. The Regulations (SI 1992 No 3052), made under section 303 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the 1990 Act), came into force on 4 January 1993.
They increased the fees payable for planning applications made on or after that date.
They also made several other changes to the Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) Regulations 1989 (SI 1989 No 193).
