Summary
This paper describes the objectives, methodology and results of a survey carried out in April 2004 to investigate the impact of the Small Business Rate Relief scheme proposed in the 2001 White Paper. Although this report was commissioned by the Office, the findings and recommendations are those of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
