Partial Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA). Proposal to use the powers in section 1F of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, as introduced by the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, to enable local authorities to delegate their power to seek Anti-Social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) to organisations to which they have delegated responsibilities for managing their housing stock.
