Summary

An interim evaluation of the Innovation into Action Grant Programme was conducted by researchers at Oxford Brookes University in association with HACAS Chapman Hendy between May and September 2002. The purpose of the evaluation was: to review the experiences of participants in the programme; assess the impact of the programme in terms of tenant participation, housing management, social inclusion, innovation and value for money; and to identify good practice and lessons for effective promotion of tenant involvement.
