Consultation on Planning Policy Statement 9: Biodiversity and Geological Conservation, and accompanying Draft Circular: consultation documents

The consultation ran from 8 September 2004 to 9 December 2004.

It set out a draft of a new Planning Policy Statement (PPS) on Biodiversity and Geological Conservation together with a new Government Circular (which will cover relevant legislative provisions) and good practice guidance to replace Planning Policy Guidance Note 9: Nature Conservation (PPG9).
