Encouraging innovation
We do this by:
- developing new tools and techniques to improve quality, such as Design Coding. Read or download from Communities and Local Government website: Design Coding in Practice: An Evaluation
- demonstrating new approaches on the ground, such as the Millennium Communities programme, the Design for Manufacture Competition (60k Home) and work on design and construction (National Audit Office report: Using Modern Methods of Construction to build homes more quickly and efficiently .
